Stick Robot – stacker

The Stick Robot is used to place kiln sticks in between the board layers at the stacker. The Framtec Stick Robot can feed up to 15 layers/min or 200 sticks/min, fully automatically. It is adoptable for different stick dimensions and lengths. Minimum distance between sticks is 300mm.

Some of the advantages with the stick robot is its reliable design with feeding sticks 3 by 3 and an entire frame that positions the sticks on the boards.
